This should cover some of the more common ShipperHQ errors and what steps to take after receiving the errors listed below.
- Need to enable Google Maps Geocoding
If you have more than one origin set up and more than one pickup location, you will need to add your Google API key in Account Setting under Global Settings.
- Carrier Validation Errors
When saving a new carrier in ShipperHQ or after updating your carrier credentials you may see a number of errors. Please refer to our Troubleshooting Carrier Authentication Errors doc for a list of errors and more information on how to resolve them.
