ShipperHQ User IDs & Account Access

Each ShipperHQ account relies on a single email address for access. There is not a way to add more than one user to ShipperHQ, however, there are options available to add users and assign permissions from some eCommerce platforms.

Shopify and BigCommerce Accounts

For Shopify and BigCommerce accounts, ShipperHQ is accessed through the platform’s dashboard. This means that any team member who would like to access ShipperHQ from Shopify or BigCommerce will need to be added by the site’s administrator.

Once the new user has been added and the appropriate permissions have been assigned, access to the ShipperHQ dashboard will be available within the platform.

Magento, Adobe Commerce, SalesForce, Zoey, & WooCommerce

For Magento, Adobe Commerce, SalesForce, Zoey, & WooCommerce, ShipperHQ is installed as a module and the account email address will be the same for anyone needing to access the SHQ dashboard via ShipperHQ.com.
