Overview
Each ShipperHQ account is granted one login email. While it's not possible to add more than one user directly in ShipperHQ, some eCommerce platforms offer options to add users and manage permissions.
Shopify and BigCommerce Accounts
For Shopify and BigCommerce accounts, access to ShipperHQ is available directly in the eCommerce platform's dashboard. Your site administrator can add users and manage access permissions in Shopify or BigComerce.
Once team members are added and granted permissions, they can access the ShipperHQ dashboard directly from Shopify or BigCommerce.
Magento, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, Zoey, & WooCommerce
For platforms like Magento, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, Zoey, and WooCommerce, ShipperHQ installs as a module. All users share the same account email and can access the ShipperHQ dashboard via shipperhq.com/login.
