Setting Up or Updating Billing Information in ShipperHQ


This article guides you through choosing a ShipperHQ plan and entering payment details. When you have finished your trial or want to update your billing information follow this guide.

Choosing Your ShipperHQ Plan

During the free trial period, you have the features of the Standard plan.

You can find a full comparison of the features for each plan on the Pricing page. You also find a summary on your Account Settings page.

In the dashboard navigate to Account Settings > Billing. Here you can select whether you would prefer to pay monthly or save money with an annual subscription.

Prices may vary from those depicted above.  For Enterprise plans please contact us and a member of our Sales team will help build a plan to fit your needs.

Lower tiers are not eligible while your current configuration exceeds the plan’s limits. For example, if you have 4 carriers configured, two would need to be deleted to be eligible for Essentials.

After selecting the billing frequency and plan you can continue via the Set Up Billing button.

Set Up Billing

After clicking the Set Up Billing button you will see a summary of the plan, payments, and dates. Use the available fields to enter your billing address and payment card details. If you prefer to pay using PayPal you can click the PayPal button above the card details fields.

Currently, we do not accept Amex in the UK.

Changing Billing Details

To change billing details navigate to Account Settings > Billing and click the Change Billing Details button. A screen shot of ShipperHQ's Update Payment Method form

For security reasons, you cannot change details on a payment method.  Instead, use the + add new payment method button, add your new billing details, then delete the old payment information.

To add billing information, click the + add new payment method button.  Enter your new billing and payment information. If you would like the new payment card to be billed by default then check the Make this my default payment method box.

You may remove old payment information as long it is not marked as your default payment method.  To change the default payment method click the Make Default link next to the card you would now like to have billed.

Canceling Your Subscription

Members of our friendly support team are standing by to find a solution to make ShipperHQ work for your business. We encourage you to reach out to us by emailing if you need help or information.

If you are closing your business or site or have otherwise determined that you no longer need ShipperHQ to power your checkout experience, you can request that our Billing team cancel your ShipperHQ subscription by emailing us at at least 3 days prior to the next bill date.
