Request account email change

Process

All requests to update the email address associated with an account must be processed by the ShipperHQ support team. Please submit your request below by including the company associated with your account, the current email address for the account and the email address you wish to use instead. Please indicate if this new email address should replace the existing billing address as well.

Shopify and BigCommerce accounts are controlled by the platform and the account email address cannot be changed.
