If you need to update the email address associated with your ShipperHQ account, our Support team can help. Follow the steps below to submit your request and ensure your account information stays current.
How to Request an Email Change
All email change requests must be submitted through the ShipperHQ Support Team. When submitting your request, please include:
- The company name associated with your account
- Your current account email address
- The new email address you’d like to use
If you also want to update your billing email address, please mention that in your request as well.
Shopify and BigCommerce account emails are managed directly within each platform and cannot be changed in ShipperHQ. You can, however, manage user access for these platforms (add, edit, or remove access) through your platform’s own dashboard
