ShipperHQ offers a variety of FedEx services, including Small Package services and Freight. Find more information about all supported FedEx services in our FedEx documentation library.
Requirements
To connect a FedEx Ground Economy Account with your negotiated rates in ShipperHQ, you need specific information to connect to the FedEx servers and obtain a rate quote:
- A registered account with FedEx
- Your FedEx Account Number
- The address and phone number related to your FedEx Account Billing
- Your SmartPost Hub ID
💡 If you don’t know your Hub ID, please contact your FedEx Ground Economy Account Representative.
Steps To Add FedEx Ground Economy
- Go to Carriers option in left navigation menu.
- Click on the + New and select See all live rate carriers.
- Use the search field to locate and select FedEx Ground Economy.

Entering Account Information
- Click Enter Account Information and input your account details. Click Validate when complete.

- On the subsequent screen, enter your username and password when prompted to finalize the setup of your FedEx Ground Economy access in your ShipperHQ account.
ShipperHQ will transmit your credentials to the FedEx system to confirm account accuracy. If the details are correct, you will receive a notification confirming successful carrier installation.

FedEx Address Validation Service
ShipperHQ supports various Address Validation features, such as address validation during checkout, automatic address type lookup, and address suggestions. Enabling Address Validation or Dynamic Address Type Lookup helps reduce orders with incorrect addresses and decreases charges from carriers due to invalid addressing or address type.

FedEx Rate Discrepancies
