ShipperHQ Analytics 2.0 (BETA) | Setup & Configuration

Overview

The latest version of the ShipperHQ’s Analytics dashboard features an array of critical shipping metrics for quick and easy review and for guiding a merchant’s shipping strategy over time.

Some of the key metrics include:

  • Checkout shipping analysis. Shipping related data from checkout activity including cart quantity, weight and value.
  • Order shipping analysis. Shipping related data from completed orders including conversion, AOV, and more with Shipping Insights enabled.

Additional insight will also be provided for the number of rate requests by country to offer a deeper understanding of international market expansion opportunities.

To view more detailed data, simply click into the analytics page and apply the relevant filters to view the metrics most important to your organization’s merchandising and fulfillment objectives.

The updated ShipperHQ Analytics dashboard will also provide richer insight into shipping quotes provided throughout time down to a specific day and the ability to filter by hour.

This will empower merchants to see peak periods of performance throughout the day & over time.

By default, you can view metrics for the average rate requests per day listed at the top of the analytics page and apply filters to drill into deeper performance metrics.

This document will outline the various data and options available within the Analytics Dashboard.

Filtering and views

Default Filters

To quickly adjust the time period and duration of data, you can use the “Days” selector to drill down to 5 minute increments or expand to monthly increments.

Advanced Filtering

To drill down on more specific metrics, filters are available to set the criteria to display within each metric.

To set a filter or series of filters, locate the filter selector in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

Using the available filtering criteria, more detailed information can be viewed.

A total number of selected filters will be displayed in the “Filters” selector for visibility.

Special note on filtering

There are circumstances where too many filters have been applied resulting in analytics too obscure to produce results. It is recommended that if this occurs, filters be reduced until data are once again visible based on the filtering criteria selected.

Conclusion

ShipperHQ’s advanced analytics provide a wide variety of critical insights to review, maintain and expand your organization’s shipping strategy with prompt and accurate data captured under Shipping Insights.
