It is important to know and understand how language localization is handled. You may have noticed that ShipperHQ returns English at checkout, when your website is configured in a different language.
Setting ShipperHQ Global Language
There are only two languages available in the ShipperHQ platform, found under Global Settings, US English and British English. All rates that we receive and return will be in the preferred language.
Does ShipperHQ handle Language Localization?
No, ShipperHQ does not handle language localization. We return rates in the language set within Global settings, we pass that info to the platform, where localization is normally held.
