Change “No Rates” Custom Error in BigCommerce

Overview

This document outlines the procss to change the default No Rates error message in BigCommerce.

BigCommerce Steps

  1. Log into your BigCommerce account.
  2. Navigate to Store Setup > Shipping.
  3. Scroll to Checkout Shipping Options and find the Out of Delivery Zone Message section. Location to update no rate error message on BigCommerce portal.
  4. Click the Edit button.
  5. In the popup, input the new message you want to set.
  6. Click the Submit button.
