Enable Address Validation for Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce

To enable Address Validation in your store, you need to perform the following actions:

  1. From your Features  in ShipperHQ, Enable the Address Validation advanced feature.
  2. From within the “Address Validation” settings can be accessed via clicking on “Feature Settings” (Gear emblem) select the carrier you wish to use and where you wish validation performed.
  3. On the carrier you have selected to use, ensure you have entered valid credentials
  4. From within the “Address Validation” settings can be accessed via clicking on “Feature Settings” (Gear emblem) From this menu you can select options to enable address validation.

Please note: For FedEx Carriers, address validation must be enabled on your FedEx account. To enable this please reach out to your FedEx Rep.

Either UPS or FedEx must be added as a carrier. Their credentials are used for address validation.

 

You may need to contact your carrier to ask them to enable access to the Address Validation API on your credentials.
